Tuesdays at Noon
Chair-Assisted Yoga is ideal for those who find it difficult to get down on, or up from, the floor, for any variety of reasons. Everyone can enjoy the benefits of relaxation, conscious breathing, and gentle exercise in this class. Students will learn to use available props like chairs and walls to practice exercises that support physical balance, strength and flexibility.
Series Fee: $108 for 6 weeks (need not be consecutive weeks)
Drop in fee: $20/class
