Chair Yoga

Chair-Assisted Yoga is for those who find it difficult to get down on, or up from, the floor, for any variety of reasons. Anyone can enjoy the benefits of relaxation, conscious breathing, and gentle exercise  in this  class. Students are encouraged to use available props like  chairs and walls to practice exercises that support balance, strength and mobility.  Yes, you can practice at home in your easy chair!
