Slow Flow Morning Vinyasa 

Mondays and Wednesdays,  6:30  – 7:30 a.m.

Start the day in that special Yoga state of mind and body that is both energized and relaxed. Sally Frankenberg will lead you in a SlowFlow Vinyasa that can be enjoyed by all early birds (no acute injuries, please).  Salute the day with movement and breath!
