Scientific studies have shown yoga can prevent and reverse bone loss. We will practice poses to safely build and strengthen your bones.  This class is Inspired by Dr. Loren Fishman’s Yoga For Osteoporosis Method, suitable for all ages and abilities. No experience necessary.
