Our calendar is the best way to keep track of special events and schedule changes. However, our class schedule is generally consistent from week to week through each season, so here’s a handy  print version to hang on your bulletin board or refrigerator door.

Nourishing Breath Yoga

OmTown is honored to be home to Nourishing Breath Yoga classes, including Befriending Your Body Through Yoga and Moving Through Grief with Yoga.  These series are administered by the instructor Marcie Leek and request pre-registration.
